Our Story

Healthy Habits Route began with a simple observation: millions of people across Indonesia and Southeast Asia struggle to understand the role of vitamins and minerals in their daily lives. Misinformation, language barriers, and culturally irrelevant content created confusion about something as fundamental as nutrition.

Our founder, Siti Nurhaliza, noticed this gap while conducting research on micronutrient deficiencies in rural Indonesian communities. Despite the availability of scientific research, practical guidance remained inaccessible to ordinary people. Conversations with patients, family members, and friends revealed that most people relied on fragmented advice from social media, word-of-mouth, or outdated sources rather than credible, current information.

In response, we launched Healthy Habits Route as an independent editorial platform dedicated to making nutrition science understandable, actionable, and culturally relevant. We assembled a team of researchers, journalists, and community advocates who shared the vision of empowering people through knowledge about the vitamins and minerals their bodies need.

What started as a resource for curious readers has evolved into a comprehensive guide covering everything from vitamin A sources in traditional Indonesian cuisine to mineral interactions in the body. We publish detailed articles, maintain an extensive database of micronutrient information, answer reader questions, and continuously update our content as new research emerges.

Today, Healthy Habits Route serves readers across Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region, providing trusted, evidence-based information about nutrition in a language and context they understand. We remain independent, non-commercial, and focused solely on our mission: helping people make smarter choices about their nutritional health through quality education.
